Transtel is an Infrastructure Asset Development and Operations company, jointly owned by Mistry family (sponsors of Shapoorji Pallonji Group) and Daruvala Family (Joint Sponsors of Sterling and Wilson group). The company has its corporate office in Dubai and maintains its presence in UK through its subsidiary “Transtel Utilities Ltd” in London and its JV “SWB Power Limited” in St Helens.
