Mr. Ramesh B. Parekh (DIN-01108443) is the founder-promoter and the visionary behind the Gandhar Group.He has approximately 40 years of experience in the petroleum industry. He started his career as a small trader in oil industry in the year 1973 and gradually started his own venture by setting up a proprietary firm. After getting the experience of trading and related marketing activities of oil industry, in 1992, he founded Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Private Limited to manufacture and market speciality oils.

In a span of 25 years, his creative vision has developed and established the brand “DIVYOL” in the Oil industry.Under his leadership and guidance, the Company has grown from strength to strength to establish itself as leading manufacturer in the segment of petroleum products in India.

Mr. Samir R. Parekh (DIN-02225839)holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce andhas been with Gandhar for around 15 years now.

He is currently responsible for handling the Silvasa Plant and Indian market arm for the petroleum products segment of the Company. He has successfully led the core business of the Company to new heights year after yearwith his vast experience and expertise in finance, production and marketing. He is responsible for leading multiple initiatives to accelerate production and sales of the Company.

He has been instrumental in laying down standard operating procedures throughout the Company thereby ensuring that Company’s internal control systems and processes supports and complements the growth trajectory which is witnessed at all levels across the organization.

Mr. Aslesh R. Parekh (DIN-02225795)holds a Bachelor’s degree in science from University of Mumbai and a post-graduate degree in e-management and business administration from the MET Asian Management Development Centre and has been associated with the Company for around 14 years now.

He has vast experience and expertise in the field of manufacturing and marketing (including international marketing) of specialty oils and lubricants. He currently heads the international business team of the Company. He is responsible for expanding the global presence of the Company by building relations with international customers of the Company present in around 100 countries.

He handles the Taloja plant of the Company and is continuously involved in handling international business planning and setting up export strategy and guiding his team in this regard. He is also involved in overseeing the finance and IT department of the Company and maintaining banking relationships of the Company.

Mr. Behuria (DIN-03290288) joined the board of the Company as an Independent Director in the year 2012. He holds Honours degree in Bachelors of Economics from St. Stephens college-Delhi and a degree of Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analyticsfrom Indian Institute of Management (IIM)- Ahmedabad.

He was a Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd from the year 2002 to 2005. He has served as a Chairman in Indian Oil Corporation Ltd from the year 2005 to 2010. In the year 2010, he superannuated Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Upon superannuation, he assumed responsibility as a group President in KK Modi Group in 2010. After completing his tenure in Modi Group on 31st March 2016, Mr. Behuria has now joined Adani Group to provide strategic guidance and advise to the group.

Mr. Behuria have headed several reputed industry organisations, chief among them beingChairman of Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE), Chairman of Petroleum Federation of India, Chairman of council of Indian employers, representative of Asia for representing it on the board of World LPGas Association.

Mr. Behuria had been conferred with the Honorary Fellowship of Energy Institute, UK. He has been named among the top ten most influential oilmen in India by Upstream – an internationally acclaimed oil and gas journal. He has been conferred the ‘UdyogRatna’ award by the PHDCCI 2006. He has also been awarded with the SCOPE Award for Excellence and Outstanding Contribution to Public Sector Management – Individual Category for the year 2006-2007.

Ms. Deena Mehtajoined the board of the Company as an Independent Director in the year 2012. She is Chartered Accountant, Masters in Management Studies ( Finance) and Fellow Member of Securities and Investment Institute London. She is the promoter of Asit C Mehta group of companies and on the Board on National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and the Chairperson of IMC Capital Market Committee. She has been former President of Stock Exchange Mumbai and has the honour of being the first woman Director on Board of BSE as well as first woman President. She is the promoter director of Central Depository Services Ltd as well as South Asian Federation of exchanges, the association of stock exchanges of SAARC countries.

She has been an Invitee to International Securities Regulators Organization, and member of Index Committee and Advisory Committee on Mutual Funds of Stock Exchange, Mumbai, and Committee on Review of Eligibility (CORE) norms of SEBI, Derivative Committee of SEBI, Core Committee of Federation of Commodity Exchanges of India and IMC Ladies Wing.

She was a Public Nominee on the Board of Director of the Bombay Commodity Exchange Ltd. She was also a Member Code of Ethics Committee of SEBI, Member of MAPIN Committee of SEBI, Director on Board of Bank of India (BOI), Share Holding Limited the Clearing Corporation of Stock Exchange Mumbai, Director on the Board of Director of Cotton Association of India. Exceptional Women Achiever Awards, 2014 has been conferred by FICCI, FLO Bombay Chapter & Golden Maharashtra Development Council as the First Woman to Head the Bombay Stock Exchange. She is a Visiting faculty on stock markets at NISM, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She is the First Indian woman to take part in 8th Jaycee Youth Voyage to Japan, First woman Trustee on board of Prempuri Ashram Trust.

Suresh Kumar Jain - Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain (DIN- 05103064) joined the board of the Company as an Independent Director in the year 2017. Bachelor’s degree in science from Punjab University and a master’s degree in arts from Kurukshetra University. He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers and holds a Diploma in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare from Punjab University. He holds an M.A. in Economics from Kurukshetra University and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Punjab University.

He has previously worked as an Executive Director at Union Bank of India. Mr. Jain has also worked at Bank of India in various capacities including General Manager. He has over 36 years of experience as banker in domestic and international markets. He has vast experience in the field of International Banking, Human Resource Development, Development of MSMEs, Commercial& Retail Banking, appraisal of large Credit, Loan Syndications, Trade Finance, Product Marketing and Bank Management. He was an Associate Director of Union Asset Management Company Private Limited. He served as a Director on the board of Union KBC Asset Management Company. He has completed the junior course in French from the Ramakrishna Mission Institute of Culture School of Languages.
