These rules lay out the terms and conditions under which this contest is to be conducted. By entering this contest, you agree to the following:

The contest, offered by Phillips Machine Tools India Pvt. Ltd., is effective from January 24 through January 31, 2019, and is open to any person 18 years and older, with the exception of employees and their families of Phillips Machine Tools India, Phillips Corporation, or other Phillips representatives.

To enter the drawing, you must be present at a designated location where the contest is being offered (Phillips trade show, open house, etc.), and provide your business card or equivalent – including full name, address, city, state, postal code, company name, email address, phone number – to a Phillips representative. All contact information must be submitted in order to qualify.

The winner will be selected to award an Apple iPad Pro in 2019.

No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received by Phillips.

All entries must be received by midnight on January 30, 2019 (Indian Standard Time).

Three winners will be chosen in a random drawing on Tuesday, March 16, 2019 or sooner. The drawing shall be broadcast live, and posted via social media.

The winner will be notified by phone or email within (7) business days of the drawing. Should the winner not be able to accept the prize, or not respond to phone and email communications within (7) days, a second winner will be drawn, using the same procedures outlined above.

Value of the prize is approximately $1,000.00 USD.

Winner is responsible for any tax value.

Phillips collects and uses the participant’s contact data for lead generation within the operating companies. Contact information may be used for newsletters, special offers, etc.

Phillips reserves the right to suspend, at any time, temporarily or permanently, this promotion, or modify the terms and conditions.
