A. We have one recognition solution for the entire company

B. We have a main recognition program for the entire company, but each department also has their own recognition programs

C. We have disparate programs (varies by department)

D. We aren’t sure what departments are doing with regards to recognition (every manager/department might be doing recognition but we don’t track or know)
