I want to make cyber police a complaint for point below -->
During transaction of that amt. I was getting message - "Insecure connection. Information
will be sent to Third party". Thinking this to be insecure,I clicked on cancel button.
When I complained on phone they told me that problem is from my side. And I should try netbanking using other bank.So again I transfered Rs 2714 using other bank. But here also same message appeared & I again pressed cancel button.
Then
I checked my bank statement in both banks found that amt Rs 2714 was
debited from both the bank accounts. (idbi & hdfc png files)
Why a gateway is allowed to debit amounts even after user
presses cancel button?? This is the scam. Please look into matter as
many people got fooled into paying them.

Now it became clear to me that they have duped me. So I phoned their HR, asked her
to revert my
amount.As a procedure of cancelling transaction they asked me to perform same online
debit transaction on their website (Here they said they will block
gateway hence amount would actually get credited to my account). I have
no dought this is a scam to get more money from me hence I declined
their advise. They said only way to get your money reverted normally takes 45 days.

to perform debit transaction again OR waiting for 45 days). They called
me & asked to pay Rs. 7000
in name of report generation in case I want to continue with their

When I searched on net, I found many complaints for same company which is fraudulent.

debited(I verified debit by loging into my netbanking ).
Although
your CSR has confirmed that he has received payment. Please check if
there was hacking threat from third party in my transaction. My
accounts got debited for banks IDBI & HDFC even after pressing
cancel on insecure payment transaction.CSR told one of payment will get reverted in 7 days. Pls confirm / acknowledge.
