These rules lay out the terms & conditions under which this contest is to be conducted. By entering this contest, you agree to the following:

The contest, offered by Haas Automation, Inc. & Phillips Machine Tools India Pvt. Ltd., is effective from January 1 through December 31, 2019, and is open to any person 18 years and older, with the exception of employees and their families of Haas Automation, any Haas Factory Outlet (HFO), Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR), Haas F1 Team, or other Haas representatives.

To enter the drawing, you must be present at a designated location where the contest is being offered (Haas trade show, open house, etc.), and provide your business card or equivalent – including full name, address, city, state, postal code, company name, email address, phone number – to a Haas or HFO representative. All contact information must be submitted in order to qualify.

One (1) entry per person and the winner will be selected to attend any Formula One Grand Prix in 2019.

One (1) prize shall be awarded, consisting of the following items:

• Economy-class airfare for one (1) people, on the Friday of the race selected, returning the following Monday, from any major city with commercial airline service, to the major international airport nearest the circuit of the race selected;
• Three-night stay for one (1) people, single-occupancy, at a 3/4-star hotel or equivalent in a major city in or near the track of the race selected; checking in on the Friday of the race selected, and checking out the following Monday;
• Ground transportation between the airport and the hotel on the Friday of the race selected, between the hotel and the race track on Sunday, and between the hotel and the airport on the following Monday;
• One (1) seat to the 2019 race selected.

Disclaimer:

• Specific choice of flights, hotel, transportation services, and seating is at the discretion of Haas Automation. Prizes will be awarded to the winner in line with the conditions set forth here.
• No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.
• Specific dates for the prize are subject to the final schedule as published by Formula 1™.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received by Haas.

All entries must be received by midnight on January 31, 2019 (Indian Standard Time).

• Three winners will be chosen in a random drawing on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 or sooner. The drawing shall be broadcast live and posted via social media.
• The winner will be notified by phone or email within (7) business days of the drawing. Should the winner not be able to accept the prize, or not respond to phone and email communications within (7) days, a second winner will be drawn, using the same procedures outlined above.
• Value of the prize is approximately $10,000.00 USD.
• Winner is responsible for any tax value.
• Haas Automation collects and uses the participant’s contact data for lead generation within the operating companies. Contact information may be used for newsletters, special offers, etc.
• Haas Automation reserves the right to suspend, at any time, temporarily or permanently, this promotion, or modify the terms and conditions.
• Void where prohibited by law.
