The CORTIX™ platform’s unique algorithms detect opportunities to optimize, despite constraints. These include 24x7 operations, distinct comfort requirements of different guests (lighting, temperature, humidity and air quality), time between check-in and check-out and running connected infrastructure regardless of demand. Designed with our deep domain understanding and these constraints in mind, the service generates savings primarily through operational improvements, with no retrofits required. These improvements include:

  • Policy and control strategies
  • Deviation management
  • Benchmarking
  • Long-range analytics based corrective actions

Tightly integrated with the CORTIX™ platform is the 24/7 BluEdge™ Command Centers that enables dynamic interventions to sustain the identified savings and commission new saving strategies. This is done remotely through numerous interventions and coordination between multiple stakeholders, such as engineering teams and technicians, to make the service successful.

Our unique approach towards delivering business outcomes in the hospitality sector led to having a paper being published by the Cornell Center for Hospitality Research, a unit of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.
