

About the 2019 Program
Geared to shape the future of India’s HR, the ‘Next Generation CHROs’ program aims to build C-suite leaders who drive business outcomes through HR. Designed by the best-in-class academicians and leading business advisors, the program (now in its second iteration) aspires to expand the talent pool of CHROs in India.
Anchored in the context of disruptions affecting the business landscape, the 2018 program begins by uncovering key success mantras for the Next Generation CHRO. This is then followed by a detailed focus on cultivating critical business skills that transcend the realm of HR. Lastly, participants are geared to drive business results through human capital strategy levers, technology, operating models, executive compensation and team effectiveness.
A partnership between IIM Bangalore and Aon, the program has already enabled 20% of the participants from the inaugural batch to make significant role movements in their journey to emerge as Next Generation CHROs.
